Fairly large apartment so close to the old town and waterfront, Diocletian's Palace, the famous Riva promenade and Marjan park, and the city center. Well-equipped and tastefully decorated room, provided on top of a bar. An electric kettle, fridges, and glassware in the kitchen. Affable staff, quiet atmosphere.

From start to finish - a very very good experience in the wonderful town of Split. Perfect place to stay close to supermarkets and the old town. Nice surrounding, set really near the Diocletian palace.
Couldn't find warm water.

Perfect stay in the wonderful town of Split. Rooms with a view. An electric kettle, fridges, and glassware provided. Perfect and excellent setting, just next door to the sea, old town, restaurants, and supermarkets as well as the port area. Located close to the old town.

The hotel's location is excellent, being very close to the city center and offering easy access to the port area. It is just a short walk away from all the main attractions and amenities. the room itself is well-furnished, with comfortable beds and a small kitchenette. the owner is also very friendly and helpful, providing useful tips and suggestions for exploring the neighborhood.
The stairway up to the room had an unpleasant odor, which was not very pleasant.

We stayed in apartment 2 and found it perfect for us. Very clean, comfortable bed, lots of storage space, and everything we needed including small things like a cork screw, iron, and hair dryer. Great location near the old town and the sea. Helpful manager, Berti, arranged airport transfers and accommodated our early arrival and late check out.
Felt very lucky to have found this place, nothing to complain about.
